Delete your Master's Call account

Master's Call - the app and website of Master's Call (masters-call.net)

In the app

  1. Open Master's Call and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and open the My Profile tab.
  3. Tap Request account deletion at the bottom, then confirm.

Without the app

Email admin@masters-call.net from the email address of your account, with your user name, and ask us to delete your account.

What happens

We delete your account and the data linked to it - your profile, play history, playlists and settings - within 30 days, and confirm by email. Usage records that are not linked to you (for example anonymous search statistics) are not affected. Tracks you saved for offline listening stay on your phone until you remove them or uninstall the app.
